“Tyler was amazing we now consider him family he i helped him clean up dirt and dust so nothing got in his way we was very appreciative of the assistance with the dirty and rust that shaving while he worked we had great conversations he is absolutely the best i would invite him over for thanksgiving if it was allowed he calm he knows what he’s doing he listens and he polite and really listens and the communication between the two of us to come to a better solution for certain scenarios is amazing way to go tyler you are the best you are the only one we trust . please enjoy your days off man u deserve it u work very hard and easy to talk to i wish people around the world were more like tyler he reminds me of how people were in the 80 and 90s when people actually had manners and really cared about people before the world went to shit. my dad loves him to outstanding performance . can’t wait for our next project together sincerely

“I was very happy with this company until they provided me with an estimate for a hot water heater install. To start with, the estimate estimated the wrong product. I asked for a 50 gallon tank and they estimated a 40 gallon tank. To make matters worse, their estimate for a new water heater, without my 20% discount for having a maintenance contract, was over $600 more than the 4 other estimates I got from local HVAC companies. It is clear that Cardwell simply jacks up the cost of the unit before they provide the customer with the 20% labor discount. I spoke with the manager, Terry, and she advised that different companies charge different prices for the same thing. While I generally agree with that, I advised her that is impossible that their estimate for the identical unit, before a labor discount, was $600 more than their local competition. I think it is pretty clear that their promise of a 20% discount off of their labor rates is false and misleading since they increase the price to account for the discount. This conduct is unlawful and it will be dealt with! Extremely hard pass! I will bet they will not post this honest review on their site so I will post this elsewhere.”

“Sean came out when our heater wasn't working and spent a great deal of time trying to get it up and running. Once we realized we needed a new heater, John was able to come out quickly and provide options without any pressure. Installation was done in a very timely manner and installers were friendly and clean and did a great job.”

We got the estimate and he immediately delivered a check in the amount of the estimate even before the work could be done.
