As a Cardwell HVAC & Plumbing Lead Installer, you’ll be managing projects, designing, laying out and installing ductwork, helping to develop junior installers and more. You will:

• Lead the team in designing, laying out, and installing ductwork, piping and equipment of residential HVAC equipment
• Manage the scope and timelines of projects
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Effectively manage any installation details
• Use your knowledge of building code fundamentals to ensure job quality
• Help junior installers to grow and learn
• Show the Cardwell HVAC level or professionalism during all interactions with customers
• Handle any additionally required job duties

Required Skills:

• 4+ years Installation Experience
• Knowledge of building codes and HVAC best practices

As a Cardwell HVAC & Plumbing Senior Technician, you’ll be entering our customers’ homes to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair heating and cooling systems. You will:

• Provide Superior Service to all Cardwell HVAC customers
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
• Accurately log work performed
• Perform additional duties as required

Required Skills:

• High level of proficiency in diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
• 3 years+ HVAC Technician experience
• Excellent problem solving skills
• EPA certification
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional behavior
• Driver’s license with a clean record

Preferred Skills:

• NATE certification
• Management experience

As a Cardwell HVAC & Plumbing Customer Service Representative, you’ll be providing top-notch service to all our customers, while handling calls, scheduling appointments, responding to emails and more! You will be the central point of contact and help push Cardwell HVAC & Plumbing to the next level! You will:

• Provide Superior Service to all Cardwell HVAC customers
• Handle inbound customer calls while following up with all inquiries
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Update and verify all customer information

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

As a Cardwell HVAC & Plumbing Comfort Consultant, you’ll be providing top-notch service to all our customers, while determining customers’ needs and proposing system replacement solutions. You will:

• Provide Superior Service to all Cardwell HVAC customers and ensure their satisfaction
• Recommend appropriate solutions, accurately and honestly explaining their benefits
• Appropriately scope the work and price
• Communicate with installers after closing a sale
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Generate referrals for future business

Required Skills:

• 3 or more years sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to recognize customer concerns and appropriately address them
• Basic computer skills, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

As a Cardwell HVAC & Plumbing Plumber, you’ll be diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems and working closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to inform them along the way. You will:

• Be in contact with our Dispatch and Service Manager.
• Maintain a clean working environment, both inside and out of your vehicle.
• Maintain your truck’s inventory.
• Complete all necessary jobsite paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Have or be willing to acquire any necessary certifications. Our team can help with this.
