Since installation was happening in the heat of June Bob brought us portable air conditioners to keep our family comfortable during the installation process (much needed since we have a 4 year old, 2 year old, and 8 month old) and the temperatures were in the 90s for days! The crew worked tirelessly to get the project installed quickly and they were always very respectful of our home. Might I add that after having 5 estimates I simply liked Bob the best too. He is personable, a wonderful listener, and extremely knowledgable about the various services (regular vs high velocity, dual zone vs one unit, ect.) Overall we’ve had the new air cranking since installation and we are extremely happy. I’ve recommended Bob to EVERYONE who is looking for A/C repair or installation.
